Engagements are structured around dedicated monthly capacity, with the number of hours customized to the organization’s needs. A typical engagement may include 20, 30, or 40 hours per month, although the right level depends on the scope of the work, hiring demand, existing resources, meeting cadence, and the amount of leadership and implementation support required.
The hours are not tied to predefined packages. They provide flexible capacity that can be used across the priorities we agree are most important, whether that means fractional TA leadership, interim support, building or strengthening the function, technology and AI, analytics, process improvement, team leadership, or a major transformation initiative.
The appropriate level of capacity is determined together at the beginning of the engagement and can be adjusted as the organization’s needs evolve.
